Provision of Consultancy Services in the Course of Selection Processes and External Assessments of Anti-Corruption and Other Public Institutions
The Purpose of the assignment is to ensure continuity and consistency in the support provided by external experts of the EUACI to beneficiary institutions, particularly during the selection processes and external assessments of anti-corruption and other public institutions.
The Objective is to provide consultancy services to the EUACI in the course of selection processes and external assessments of anti-corruption and other public institutions.
The scope of work of a commissioned consultant is:
• Facilitating selection processes at open competitions for institutions' leadership and other positions;
• Providing analytical and/or technical and /or organisational assistance to the institutions' external assessment and selection processes;
• Other services related to the sphere mentioned above as agreed with EUACI.
As a part of the EUACI's support to the Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers related to functioning selection and auditing commissions, the indicative list of outputs and deliverables will be:
• Recruitment of service providers for providing analytic, communication, legal support, etc.
• Providing advice to the EUACI and/or the commissions’ members and auditing/assessment teams on the best practices of organisation of secretariats and selection/ assessment processes;
• Organising and conducting research and analytical work;
• Organizing logistic assistance to selection/assessment process; contributing to event logistics (interviews, press conferences, high-level meetings, on-site assessments etc.);
• Providing written and oral updates to the EUACI on the course on selection/assessment processes.
The intended commencement period for training activities is June 2024. The duration of this assignment is estimated to be 35 calendar months.
The total budget available for the assignment is DKK 447,508 (corresponding to approximately EUR 60,000). Logistics costs for participants are not included and will be covered separately.
