The purpose and scope of the procedure is to consolidate the entire insurance portfolio with preferably just one insurance broker and thereby improve administration, reporting, and achieve better coverage and financial conditions. The insurance broker is expected to have extensive knowledge and experience with international business and insurances. The contractor will be responsible for the entire insurance program for all countries and is expected to continue to ensure the best possible terms and financial conditions for the organization.

Staff must be well educated and trained to handle complex business. A minimum of 2 good references from relevant clients with complex international business is required. Proven solidity in statutory annual reports. Provide high quality of submitted tender showing professionalism and ability to meet DCA needs and minimum requirements. Appropriate competences and experiences of the key staff that the broker assign to the organisation.
